FAQ
FAQS

What do operators ask us before they hire an agency?

Mostly the same things: what it costs, how long they are tied in, who owns the accounts, how quickly it works, and how it gets reported. These are the answers we give on a call, grouped so you can find the one you came for without reading the lot.

FAQS

Working with us

How quickly can we get started?
Onboarding usually takes one to two weeks. We audit your accounts, get tracking clean, agree the plan and gather what we need to make creative. Most clients have their first FULLYBOOKED® campaigns live inside the first fortnight, without waiting on a long discovery phase.
Do you work with our type of venue?
Almost certainly. We specialise in the experience economy: competitive socialising, immersive experiences, visitor attractions, events, festivals, family entertainment, and sports and wellness. If you sell tickets, bookings or memberships to a live experience, the FULLYBOOKED® playbook already fits your model closely, and we can point you to comparable work.
What is in scope, and what isn't?
In scope is paid media, ad creative and influencer, run as one team. Out of scope is anything that pulls focus from filling your calendar. If something falls outside what we do, we will tell you plainly rather than stretch to cover it.
Who will we actually be dealing with day to day?
The people running your account, not an account manager relaying messages between you and them. You get a small team: the person buying the media, the person making the creative, and a lead who owns the number. We keep that team stable, and if it has to change we tell you who and why before it happens.
FAQS

Pricing and contracts

How are you priced?
We work on a fixed monthly management fee that reflects the scope you need, kept separate from your advertising budget. You always know what you pay us and what goes to the platforms. We scope it on a call once we understand your venue, your season and your goals.
How long is the contract?
We ask for an initial commitment so campaigns have time to learn and prove out, then continue on a rolling basis. Marketing an experience is not a one-month job, and we would rather earn the next month than lock you into a year you cannot leave.
Who owns the ad accounts and the spend?
You do. We run everything inside your own advertising accounts, so the data, the audiences and the history stay yours. Your ad budget is paid straight to the platforms on your card, never through us, and it is fully visible to you at all times.
What happens if we need to pause over our quiet season?
Talk to us before you get there. Some venues genuinely should go quiet for a few weeks, and we would rather plan a reduced scope than take a fee for holding a switched off account. What we will push back on is pausing right before the window where next season's bookings are actually made.
FAQS

Creative

How much say do we get over the creative?
Plenty, and we would rather have the argument before it runs than after. You see concepts before they go live, and anything involving your brand, your staff or your prices gets signed off. Where we will push back is on format and hook, because what looks right in a brand guide is often not what sells a slot.
Do we need a brand guide before you can make anything?
It helps, and it is not a blocker. Most venues have fonts, colours and a logo, and that is usually enough to start. Performance creative lives or dies on the first second rather than on brand consistency, so where there is no guide we work from your site and your existing assets and agree a look as we go.
Can we use the ads you make on our own channels too?
Yes. Everything we produce for you is yours to use: on your own social, on screens in the venue, in emails, wherever it helps. We build in the formats the ad platforms need, so a little cropping is sometimes required, but there is no licence fee and no expiry date on your own footage.
FAQS

Influencer and creators

Can influencer work be measured, or is it a leap of faith?
It can be measured, as long as you agree what you are measuring. Creator content is rarely a direct booking channel on its own: its value shows up as cheaper paid creative and warmer audiences. We push the content into the ad account and judge it there, alongside the softer signals like saves, shares and enquiries.
What if a creator posts something we are not happy with?
It is covered in the brief before they visit: what can be filmed, what cannot, who appears on camera, and what has to be said about price or age limits. Mistakes still happen, and the fix is usually a quick conversation and a repost. We manage the relationship, so you are not the one having that conversation.
How long does it take to see content after a creator visits?
Days rather than weeks in most cases, and the brief sets the deadline before anyone books a slot. The useful part is what happens next: we pull the strongest cuts into the ad account and put budget behind them. Content sitting on a creator profile is worth very little until it is working as an ad.
FAQS

Reporting and results

How soon will we see results?
Campaigns typically start returning inside the first few weeks as tracking settles and creative finds its winners. Meaningful, compounding growth builds over the following months. We share early signals honestly, so you can see the direction of travel long before the headline numbers land.
How do you report, and how often?
You get a clear view of bookings, revenue and cost per booking, not a wall of vanity metrics. We report regularly and speak often, so you always know what is working, what we are testing next, and what it means for your calendar.
What do you do in a month when the numbers are bad?
Tell you at the time rather than at the end of the month, and come with a reason and a change. Every account has bad weeks: a heatwave, a competitor opening, a tracking break, a creative set that has run out of road. Judge us on how quickly we spot it and on what we do next.
